I will be going to HongKong this October 14-17. Yes, you read it right, just me and not going to be with Dicky and the kids. After a lot of pulling and pushing, the husband doesn’t want to go. He didn’t allow me to even bring just Margaux. I will be going to HK with my cousins to actually check out a business matter. One of them asked me to accompany her since she hasn’t been there. Can you imagine? She’s been to different countries but not HK. So she seeked out my help, since she knows that I have been to HK a couple of times already.
Of course, this will be coupled with pleasure and a lot of shopping I bet. And with Dicky not around, I might end up buying another LV bag! Yay!

Will also be in HK on Oct 11 to 14 with my SIL.. hope you can recommend some hotels since the last time I was there was like ages na.. we used to stay at Gateway Hotel kaso we are looking for mas cheaper na hotel within HK.. any suggestions?

Hello Pam! I think hotels in Kowloon are cheaper than those on the side of Hongkong Island. Try BP International or Shamrock. I would prefer hotels along nathan road. Or check out sa n@w archive cause before napagusapan din yung mga hostels like dragon hostel. Though I’m not sure how safe and comfortable it is. Research pa rin nga ako eh. Check mo rin Wesley hotel sa may admiralty naman ito. Tried it before ok naman, malapit sa MTR station.
