We have started furnishing the house. Well, we made orders of the furnitures which I have blogged already before and we are waiting for the delivery of those by 1st week of April. We also started purchasing the appliances needed so we are going nuts already with the tremendous expenses incurred. Of course, we do not want to settle for anything less.
Have you heard about the promo of Citibank card with tie-up with SM Appliance Center for their Summer Appliance madness? We went to Megatrade hall last weekend to avail of it. It’s a promo called: ”Buy in March, Pay in June” What a great deal! Aside from that, you can still purchase the appliances for 0% interest for 3, 6 or 12 months.
Husband and I decided to get all our airconditioning systems for the rooms through that promo. We also got a brand new microwave oven. Thanks to the husband for agreeing on what I like, although at first, he really finds the item that I want too pricey for a microwave. In the end, I still made the final decision. Love him for that.
We are also purchasing the 3-toner aircondition for the ground floor. We thought that we would buy it in time for our birthday in June but with that promo, we feel that it would just be the same so might as well get it. We are just waiting for the survey of the house so we would know if we are buying the right specifications.
The best part of it as well is the promo they have that we would have a chance to draw a prize from a box. And can you just imagine our luck? We won a new electrolux coffee-maker! Greatness! I was giddy-happy since its color is perfectly suited for our kitchen and I so love it since it’s 15cups!
So I think we are really ready for the coffee and dessert get together with our relatives in two weeks time in the new house, in time before the MIL leaves for the US.

jacq, super exciting na pero super gastos. pero sulit naman talaga. i just cant believe that the small stuff are costing a lot! syempre, bago dapat lahat, pati wall clocks, kitchen stuff, even trash cans! as in lahat! iniisip ko naman, its all for our own home. Its nice to be home on your own diba? yung official lipat namin mga mid-april to end april. gagawin pa lang this week, the other lot kasi, the lawn. ayaw kong lumipat ng super gulo pa yun. batch by batch ang housewarming. hehehe. but will definitely have our bday celebrations by june! i’m so excited! hehehe.
