is one of the topics recently with online friends. We are comparing notes. Apparently, there’s a comparison in buying a lot and building your own house versus buying a condominium or townhouse. I am in favor of the first one. According to the survey we did plus the research online we had before we acquired our property, owning your own lot is a better investment.
