Instructor: Chef Jasmine Magallanes Enderun’s Pastry and Bakery Courses are two series of workshops devoted purely to this highly specialized area of culinary arts. Through the guidance of Enderun’s expert pastry chef instructors, who will both direct and encourage them, participants will be introduced to pastry and baking fundamentals, from cooking principles, ingredients, proper use of equipment, to techniques in preparation and baking of real recipes. Each day in the series covers a different sphere of pastry and bakery, for students to finish with a confident understanding of different areas of the field.

CULINARY FOUNDATION COURSE I
Instructor: Chef Toby Libarnes Enderun’s Culinary Foundation Course is an introduction to the culinary world. Participants learn about fundamental skills necessary to become a successful recreational or professional chef. Whether your aim is to engage the culinary world professionally or as a serious enthusiast, this course will enhance your knowledge and practical skills in cooking.
The program is divided into two courses of five sessions each, one focusing on skills, and the other on cooking. Each session is structured to provide an hour of lecture, two hours of demonstration, and three hours of hands-on application. Other topics covered by the course shall include time management, organization, and culinary terminologies.
