Yummy Mangoes!

So before I head out to the hardware to look for the eye bolts that my husband is asking me to check, let me feast on these yummy mangoes first! I was lucky to get sweet mangoes from a seller outside our village. The kids also tried to make some ice candies out of the mangoes I bought and they love to snack on it every afternoon. This is one of the things I love about summer, these delicious mangoes that are widely available in the country.

Oh well, going back to my errand. The husband who is currently out of town would like me to check out some items in the hard ware so he can fix all those for repairs in the house while its holy week break in the coming days.

A Rockstar Party…

All set and ready for the my daughter’s 7th Birthday Party. The theme of the party is Rockstar Concert. I have put so much effort in preparing for the party for the last 2 months. Thanks to the suppliers who keep up with me. Now the only think I am concern about is to look for motorcycle jackets which my husband and I can wear for the party. We still do not have our perfect outfits to match the theme. We only have two days to look for the right one.  I am pretty excited for the party.  I am sure our kids will have a great time with everything I prepared from food, games, prizes, set-up and entertainment.  This is how a 7th birthday party should be. Modern times!

New Scent…

Thankful to the client who game me this new scent…

I am loving it now. It’s my first time to use Incanto series but not my first with Salvatore Ferragamo. I have always love the classic Ferragamo scent. A number of friends are recommending the Incanto Series. Apparently, there are different scents available as well like: Bloom, Bliss and Charms. I have yet to try and check the others when I go to the mall. For the meantime, I am lucky to be blessed with generous clients. I have not bought any perfumes recently because a client will always gives me one. Thank God for them!

Gold, the classic ring…

Most men will look at simple gold rings when they are engaged to get married. They usually don’t go for the flashy bling type of products that are out there. Most of the times a simple style in your ring will make it more comfortable to wear and to show to your friends. Gold has been used for a very long time for jewelry. The ancient Aztec people loved to use gold for jewelry. Gold was so abundant to them that they would even paint it. I couldn’t imagine having that much gold. I guess if you had that much gold you could buy any modern day convenience. What a good problem to have.

Gold is at all time record highs per ounce. This is causing a lot of people to look at other metals for their wedding bands. Last week I saw dome cobalt rings on display at the local jeweler. These rings looked great. The actually looked identical to me to the platinum rings on display. I thought to myself why would anyone buy a platinum ring when they can just as easily get this cobalt chrome wedding band and have the same exact look. I guess some people have more disposable income than others.
