Oh Proenza Schouler! This PS1 bag has been hunting my daytime and night time dreams! I wonder when can I get hold of such beauty on my own! As mentioned previously, I always want bags with long straps and this particular color of Proenza Schouler in Orchid is something I like! The leather and the color are both oh so yummy! I tried the medium size in a local store and it fits perfectly for me. It has a very spacious inside. This color is part of the Spring 2012 collection of Proenza. It is actually one of the latest “it” bags to rock the fashion world. What I like about this bag is the pockets! It has one zipper pocket inside of the main compartment along with 2 others – one on the back of the bag and another on the front side under the flap. Oh just perfect! This is definitely on my bucket list. Wish, wish, wish!

Waah! I have been controlling myself not to buy a new bag since I’m saving up for the coming of the new baby. But there are just some eye candies that I see in the internet and I’m drooling over it. I have a special fetish for bags with long straps like the new one above from Kate Spade. It’s the newest collection from their Cobble Hill. I love bags which I can just hang on my shoulders or even use as a cross-body one. It such a breeze to use when traveling and when you have kids in tow. Now, that we are having another baby, I am pretty sure I will still look for such utilitarian bags like this. Wonder when can i get a new bag? I hope the husband is reading this. A push gift won’t hurt

Orange is the lucky color of the year as most people say, yes including some feng shui experts;) So lately, it is orange in my mind…
I love this Jessica Simpson shoes I got from my retail therapy in the US. The colors are vibrant, orange sides and fuchsia top. Isn’t it lovely?

It would be perfect to partner it with this…

My orange Tod’s D bag. I’m one happy lady in orange when wearing this. Hope I can really get lucky!!!

My husband almost ordered desk name plates for me that say: “A True Baghag” or worst “I’m a bag-addict” lol, after he saw my new acquired beauty. Yes, I got a new one but it isn’t those hefty-priced designer satchels. Instead, it is the Cambridge Satchel bag which is beginning to gain popularity as well. It looks like a typical high-school bag made out of a very thick leather. I got a yellow one in batchel (with handle) in 15″ purposely to be used as the new carrier of my Macbook Pro.

It took me a couple of minutes before finally deciding on what color to get. I love the pink, the purple and the red too.

The size was also a hard decision to make. I initially wanted a small one but ended up getting the biggest instead. I am still hoping I could get another cute satchel like a fluorescent pink in 13″. I’m making an excuse that my girls can eventually use it as well
You will now why after reading the size guide.
For size comparison, here are the different sizes which I got from their site:
Size Guide
11″ A lovely first satchel or equally a very trendy handbag. The long, fully adjustable strap makes the satchel equally suited to both adults and children. 11″ along top, 8″ height, 2.25″ depth.
13″ Perfect for children under 8 years old who don’t need to carry a school bookbag within their satchel. Also for a slightly bigger adult bag. 13″ along top, 9″ height, 3″ depth.
14″ This will hold A4 sheets. The perfect choice for children aged 7 and up that need to accommodate a school bookbag within their school bag. This is a very versatile satchel and will suit most purposes. 14″ along top, 10″ height, 3″ depth.
15″ A true messenger bag – great for teens, students and professionals alike. Many laptop computers fit in this satchel. 15″ along top, 10″ height, 4″ depth.
I cannot believe that they described these satchels as ideal bags for children starting 7!
Now, drool over these neon colors which will hit stores in Manila soon. These bags will be available in Madison and Chocolate Schu. I got mine from the latter.

This is the Speedy Bandouliere…ok, I myself is also having a hard time on how to properly pronounce it

I have special fascination recently for cross-body bags. I love bags with long straps now after experiencing it with my Mulberry Alexa in a couple of trips that I carried it. It makes you hands-free and you can easily maneuver especially if you have children around. I am “wishing” that I could get another easy-to-carry (another cross-body) bag before the year ends (poor me, I don’t think I could get one just yet) Sad Face
But this new LV Speedy is one of the candidates. I wonder if LV will actually release this style in damier. I would probably like it more.
For the meantime, I can only wish that I’m as skinny as the model on the picture! Lol!

Stressed! So I want to go to HK! Lol! Hong Kong has always been my royal retreat. I have been convincing my husband if we could still squeeze in another trip to Hong Kong within the year but I just got a shrug on the shoulder. My brother’ family is going this July and hoping we could join them. I am sure my nephews will love it there and would even consider buying their loots like PC games and steiner binoculars. Still collecting some more charge slips from HSBC credit card so we can avail of the Cathay Pacific round trip tickets. Let’s see by end of the month if I can pull in 2 more RT tickets

As I was looking for brochures printing stores in the mall yesterday, I came across this beautiful satchel bag. It’s the Cambridge bag. This brand is gaining popularity recently in the country. I have seen a couple of girls carrying the bag. I am actually thinking to get the red batchel (with handle) at 15″ as it fits a Macbook Pro. I need a very sturdy and nice looking travel bag to lodge my laptop. I saw one in one of the branches of Chocolate Shu Bar and its actually waiting for my reservation. Let’s see if I am going to buy it.

last week. It’s a box from a friend from US. I’m so excited to open it because i knew it could be the new baby I am waiting for. But when I opened it, it wasn’t the one I am expecting….

Though I like this Gucci bag but I just cannot get another tote anymore as I have two LV neverfull (damier and azure) already and it looks exactly the same. I actually ordered a different design so my friend will just send a new one.
So now, this bag is for sale. Any takers?

Admit it, it looks good on me! lol!
I know this bag is trying hard birkin, no less! But it is just so cute to resist. Of course, most of my girlfriends got the same kind of bag too. I love the orange color! Looks much closer to a Hermes one. It is not yet with my level to get a Hermes bag so I would just settle for this Banane bag which became a craze now in Manila. This bag started in Taiwan actually. I heard Hermes is trying to stop the production of this bag, but I’m sure they just cannot pursue it. The bag is still an original concept on its own, putting the birkin in a canvass bag is like creating posters of Mona Lisa, which are being sold in streets of Paris. Imitation is the highest form of flattery!

I think I haven’t posted yet the newest member of my bag collection.
Meet my baby alexa…(it is prettier IRL)

I initially wanted to get an oversize oak. But my friend only got regular sizes of this bag. One in oak and another one in grape color. I fell in love the first time I saw it. I literally almost fell from my seat when my friend took it out from the dust bag. I knew it’s going to be mine. “Come to Mama” was my drama. I love this alexa bag! It is a perfect travel bag for me as I can wear it cross-body. I am surprised my stuff fits right to the size. And so I thought it could really be small for me. But I am really happy with this purchase. It wasn’t totally new now as I got it as an advance christmas present for me last november last year. Oh yeah, I haven’t been posting my new purchases here. I’m keeping my mouth shut! lol. But this bag is something not to be missed.
On the other hand, I am happy to note that I haven’t done any major purchase yet for the year! Bravo, bravo! I only purchased a birkin-looking bag last month. (read carefully: birkin looking only!). I will post it next!
