The Shopaholic In Me

I just so love LV’s Epi NoeS (in Tan, Black and Yellow). Doesn’t it show?   I can just dumb all my stuff inside the bag, but of course, using my able “bag organizer.” And yes, I am collecting different colors of it. 

The Yellow Noe which is the most recent addition is the most good quality among the three.  Although the two has been like 90% brand-new, the yellow is like 98% new with no tarnish at all and even a very fresh smell inside it.  But mind you, it was the cheapest, among the three that I got.  

I think I need a red next time!

and I thought we would! lol! But got word from husband last night about the good news that he got a recent pay increase. Isn’t it great? This is a good blessing to help us pay most of the appliances we got through deferred payment in credit card! But nevertheless, a Payday Loan is a good option in time of need. And what better way to actually get it is to source out online for those No Fax Payday Loan available.  As in other companies require individuals to fax financial documents before approval, this is not the case for the payday loans mania.  Would refer this to family and friends instead.  For the meantime, I hope the husband would give in to my request for my bday present on June.  The pay increase would be of help!  Hope he is reading this!  Hahaha!

are lined up properly on the top of my closet. Bought a clear case to hold them properly so I can easily see them and decide which one to use for the day, but still keep them dust-free.  The rest that i do not use often are kept at the back.  And oh, I’m hoping to add one very very soon! Please, please, please!

I follow my heart vs my head most of the time. In other words, ang dali kong ma-BI! Jacqui easily convinced me to get also the same bag as hers, but in different color. Actually, she hasn’t seen the bag, I just described it to her! And after all the talks on the phone and text messages, I went and bought this…(cause baka maunahan pa nya ako!hehehe)

So who is in purse ban? I bet you all not gonna believe me next time! lol!

By the way, we are both looking for red and black ones of this epi noe.  So comfy and easy to just dump all your stuff inside!

I actually bought the LV bag in LV store in Landmark in Central on our last day, friday. I’m supposed to get the Hamstead in Azur but it was out of stock. I decided not to get an Alma in Epi yet since I favor that most of my outfits during meetings are casualwear. The epi works well for more corporate look so I decided to get a vernis collection instead.

I never entered any gucci stores while we were in the city but since we arrived in the airport early on our way back to manila, i had time to move around the stores. I almost bought a black Prada bag with a gold hardware, so pretty also but it was over my budget already. So would you believe that I bought the gucci bag almost 15minutes before the gate was closed for boarding? I just had to buy it as well, it’s so pretty in my shoulders plus price is reasonable.

of my purchases from the recent Singapore trip are now here. I think, this was one of my most expensive trips! Ok, I made sure to save a lot for this trip and I have alloted a budget for myself!

Let me just itemize the purchases on our 1st and 2nd day…

1. Bvlgari Perfume
2. 2 flat shoes from Charles and Keith
3. Some casual tees from Baleno
4. A nice formal blouse (local brand) from Isetann

On our 3rd day, I was restless already as I haven’t bought any “major” thing yet. I was really hoping to get a sneak peek in Gucci and LV. So when I left Dicky in the hotel, which he agreed and wanted, I went right away in Takashimaya to get a glimpse of my eye candies in LV! I was sad cause of too many people, I cannot concentrate! (parang palengke!).  I went out of the store!

I saw Kate Spade and DKNY inside the Takashimaya department store. Wow, sale! I almost bought two items! But, control, control! I bought a kate spade already from ebay so I should just wait for it. I was looking for Long Champ on the second floor.  Saw it finally but too bad, they don’t have the colors that I want. The saleslady told me to check in Paragon.

I rushed and immediately crossed the street to get to Paragon. First stop, Gucci. There were some sale items. I checked and checked. I almost bought again! Ok, but still not convinced! I went ahead to look for Long Champ. I saw the store. Perfect! I saw the color and size I wanted. Well, not actually the color cause I want the navy blue but instead got the lighter one cause the darker blue is not available. Here’s what I got:

Happy, happy, happy. I wanted this bag even before for my casual clothings.  Perfect shopping bag!

Ok, but I still have the urge to bring home an LV! So I decided to walk back towards our hotel and check DFS Galleria where an LV store is also located. I was hoping that there would be lesser people there so I can really choose what I want. There it goes, I was happy to be able to move around the store and carefully select.

My options:

1. Hampstead PM in Damier
2. Alma in Epi
3. Bellevue Vernis
4. Beauborg in Damier
4. Montorgueil GM

Compute, compute! Still can’t decide. Went ahead to check out wallets this time. Been really meaning to buy one as well. I fell in love with Porte Tresor International. Compute, compute! Lovely, I bought it in a snap!

Then I went to check again the bags. I don’t know what happened to me but parang nahypnotized ako ng Montorgueil GM. It felt right on my shoulder and the size is perfect for me!….(hihihi!)

Yes, I got it as well!

Happy, happy, happy again! Who will not be?

Went out of the store already right after! My card was executed with those two purchases! lol!

Instead of going back to our hotel room, I was left with about 45 minutes still before Dicky and I was scheduled to meet so I decided to head back to Paragon. Hmmm, seems like I’m going to buy a Gucci bag, but no, I didn’t! Instead, I saw Furla at the 3rd floor, i think. I was looking for the red bag that I really want to use as a laptop bag but it was not available. But it was a store-wide sale so my eyes were also wide-open that time!

I checked and checked again! Gosh, the prices are a lot cheaper than getting it here in Manila. Compare, compare! Really cheaper by almost 50% and it was on sale! I have been meaning to really get the classic Furla tote bag for months now everytime I see it in Shangrila Mall so getting it in Singapore was just so perfect. I was deciding to get either the black or the red one. Of course, the black is always been classic and easy to match with clothes but the red one is just so irresistable. The saleslady noticed that I can’t figure out which one to get, so she offered to give an additional 10% from the total! That made me decide to get both! So impulsive of me!  Ok, explanation: these Furla bags were almost 65% cheaper than the rates here in Manila when I computed because of the discounts I got plus the GST refund so who can’t resist those? Those were surely good buys! (i know, I am just defending here! lol)

I’m one big shopaholic and an ultimate bag hag!  I have to put the LongChamp bag I bought inside the LV Bag so Dicky won’t notice that I actualy bought 4 bags!  But he was then suprised to see me carrying 3 paper bags when we met infront of Paragon.  I just smiled and walked away.  He can’t complain enough. 

Sabi ko na lang “pagbigyan mo na ako!”  and he answered “ano pa nga ba?”  

Gracious!  I’m happy with all my loots!

If you are a bag hag like me, you should have these few essentials:

1.  Dust Bags to neatly keep you precious bags in the cabinet.  Others do come in hard-boxes so it also necessary to keep them so the bags won’t develop any molds.  Store your bags in a cool, dry place. 

2. Bag Organizers for easy access of all your stuff inside the bag. It’s also heaven-sent not to forget anything whenever changing bags. I got mine from Rustan’s. Exactly like this but in black. There are a number of sellers also in multiply.

3. Bag Hangers to easily hang your precious bag whenever dining out or in any table you need to. It’s a big no-no to put your bag on the floor! Got mine from Rustan’s again,  which I really like because the hanger itself is thicker. But I know CMG is also selling and some other sites in multiply.

4. Bag Holders which you can easily hang at the back of your cabinet, or your room door for the scheduled bags you are going to use for the week.

5. Raincoat for your precious bags, especially designers one. I am not buying this yet but saw this from MM. Could it be pathetic to get one? lol! Hmm, but I’m considering it.

6.  And I’m still looking for that supplier of a “pad” to put at the bottom of my LV damier speedy and Gucci Joy Boston so it won’t sag.  Currently using a cardboard! Hehehe.   Anyone knows where I can get it?

As our bags are so precious, we should also take necessary measures to really take care of our “babies!”
