Fitness Type…

Doing good still with my “improvised” South Beach Diet! Almost towards the end of my 2nd week. Still a challenging diet especially without the “sweets” but I’m happy with results…down to 6lbs now! Slowly, I’m gonna get there! ;)

Your Fitness Type: Playful

You enjoy exercise as long as it doesn’t feel like work.

Working out is your playtime, and you’re up for any exercise that’s fun.

Try exercise that involves a little friendly competition, like basketball, softball, or volleyball.

Or you may even like exercising with a fitness video game. Anything that makes you feel like a kid again.

Hors d’ oeuvres…

If we won’t be out of the country on 3rd week of November, I would definitely attend this.  Perfect as we are always playing hosts for parties and I want to make delictable hors d’ oeuvres to impress our guests especially this holiday season…

Taken from Enderun website. Check out their other short courses…

Sumptuous party food never ceases to make gatherings livelier and lovelier. Though they are meant to be served before the main course, these finger foods are no doubt as delectable and stimulating as full meals.

“Laid out on a row of platters, hors d’oeuvres must scream for attention and make people’s mouths water. In a single bite, they should manage to please the palate and tease it at the same time. What I will teach you are these, but simple enough to give you time to prepare for the big soiree.”

I love dark chocolates!

What Your Taste in Chocolate Says About You

You are sophisticated, modern, and high class.

Your taste is refined, but you are not picky.

You are often the first to try something new.

You are friendly, witty, and likable.

You charm is overwhelming. People are enchanted by you.

You have a comeback for anything. Because of this, you seem flippant at times.

You love being by yourself and thinking. Developing your own theories and ideas is fun.

You feel lost when you’re forced to be social. Being with other people can be lonely for you.

2. Take a pic of it and post it on your blog.

3. Link back to Maver’s site.

4. Give Maver a shoutout so that she can include your thrilling-twenty in the round-up.

celebration yesterday went well. Guess where we went? SM Megamall to buy the little girls their bikes! Margaux has been urging and urging for a week now that she wants an “orange” (her fave color) bike. But there’s no available orange so we just got her a pink motorbike which is rechargable. We also got Bianca a small red bike. They were ecstatic and was eager to go home right after buying the new toys. It was jam-packed in SM Megamall because of the 3-day sale. We took advantage cause we got those bikes for 20% off. Great savings! We brought them home after and the husband and I proceeded to Greenbelt, Makati to have an-hour of massage in The Spa, Greenbelt. We checked out first the restaurants in Greenbelt 5 so that made us decide where to dine in. Our options were: Chateau 1771, The Maison, Myron’s Place and Fish Out of Water. We finally decided to check out and try The Maison. It was an overly delicious dinner at The Maison. We made thr right choice. We ordered the Chef’s Salad, Seafood Marinara and a 300gm Fillet Mignon steak! Whoo!, lean mean that was! Yummy and truly juicy. I want to go back here to try their famous and big serving of Ribs. It was a well-spent anniversary celebration!

Where to dine in?

I am still on look-out as to where to dine-in this sunday. We will be celebrating our 6th year wedding anniversary. No plans to stay overnight in Manila Peninsula this time (as we always do every year) since I have an event tomorrow. Instead, we just plan to have nice, special dinner. Any suggestions for any best-kept restaurant in Manila? I can’t seem to find a good place or am I just lazy to research around?
