The Shopaholic In Me

So we already enrolled both girls in school. Our bank accounts had major heart attack! Lol! It is so expensive to send kids to school nowadays but as cliche as it may sound, it is the only best thing we could give our kids. Aside from tuition fees plus miscellaneous fees that’s like 5% of the the total fees, we have to settle for the books as well. Good thing the books this year for Grade 2 is just about Php6,000+. It was lesser than last year that amounts to Php8,000+. My daughters’ school still uses the Singapore Math and Science books, in total of 10 books for both subjects. I still need to list down the items we need to buy for school supplies including new sets of uniforms, new black shoes and new PE shoes. I wonder if the Supra shoes I saw online is possible as a PE shoes. My eldest already outgrow her PE shoes so we really need to buy a new one.    Ahhh!  So much expenses these days.  We are just thankful for the gift our work that we are able to provide for the needs of our families most especially the kids.

As I was browsing some prom dress, , I actually saw this too:

And now, I am one excited girl! I love Tom’s because of comfortability. And with them releasing ballet flats design soon, I am sure to grab one! Since I got my red one, I have been wanting to get their wedge type shoes.

But my orthopedic doctor advised me to refrain from wearing shoes with heels, (yes even wedge type as I sprained my right angle while wearing one), I would probably wait for these ballet flats instead.

these sexy gladiator shoes I got recently. The price is a steal. You wouldn’t think that this shoes is just a local brand. My friends taught I bought these in Zara, lol! It was just from Primadonna! Yeah, a local brand indeed. It’s perfect for a short dress or a skinny pants.

Funny how my friend said that I could already have a dual diagnosis on my addiction. Well, she’s not talking about the other kind of addiction like what’s being treated in known centers like Malibu Horizon. She was merely talking about my addiction not only to bags but to shoes as well. I’m still thinking to get this other pair too…

Already got about 5 pairs of Melissa shoes and I still can’t get enough of it. So comfy and smells so good! lol!

I really don’t have plans of getting a new pair of shoes but I was just in Greenbelt 5 last week when I passed by the newly-moved store of Mix. From the window displays, my heart jumped after seeing the red shoes. I could have gotten a high rate from a pulse oximeter if my pulse rate was checked right at that very moment. Was thinking of getting initially the red flats with gold accent but I think the velvet one is a better choice.

Got my Tory Burch Silver Reva yesterday. Happy, happy! What’s more, this came in as a gift from a very good friend! Can I be so lucky? Yes I am so lucky! Hahaha! Was just asking him to buy me these reva flats from the store while he was in Chicago for a shoot last week. He came home with my right size and best of it all, it’s his gift for me instead! So love it! I am so thankful!

Who said my kids were the only ones ready to brave a cold weather?  I do have two leather boots already (black and brown) but I just can’t get enought of it.   We are not going any further but getting a new pair of boots were just an “in” thing in twitter=shopping” site.  So I also gave in and bought my own knee-high pair from Zara…

Finally!  It was making me sleepless for couple of days after seeing exactly what I like in Greenbelt5.  With my size available, I didn’t take any chances anymore.  This is what happens when your “B” bag is not yet arriving!  Arg!

And it was all the more a reward after learning that I am not pregnant! Rejoice!  lol!

The shoes are comfy for me.

We went to the Guam Premier Outlet and was so ecstatic to find a Nine West store inside.  Giddy happy too when I saw this…

Wanted to get knee-high boots but husband thinks otherwise…

So I just got myself 3 pairs (the other one not in the picture as it was last minute purchase…)

in greenbelt 5!  It opened last friday according to my friends.  Saw it today when I had a lunch with them.  I didn’t bother to check the store yet as I was already late for our lunch.  And I was rushing back to Ortigas after for a meeting.  My friends said they paid tribute already to Tory and that shoes are from 10k-15k.  Still not convinced.  Will check the store myself as I want to try a reva flats IRL
