Last week, we organized a beautiful wedding set on the suburbs with a beach front. I have always love destination weddings especially those intimate ones. It is always a picture-perfect sight to behold while the bride walks down the aisle with the beach as her backdrop. The couple’s pictorial would always be magical. And even a simple floral arrangement will make the place lovelier. Just like the simple mums I am setting up on aisle on this picture.

We were also assigned to even make sure patio cushion seating are in place.

Who said only other industry can do a ball? The wedding suppliers of the Philippines just had a 1st Philippine Wedding Industry Ball. It happened last November 27 at the newly-renovated Isla Ballroom of Edsa Shangrila Hotel. All wedding suppliers looked so glamorous that night. It was indeed a night of good food and drinks, music and camaraderie among wedding suppliers. A timely event before the peak season December kicks in. Yes, December is truly a busy month for all wedding suppliers. Here’s how the stage looked like that night…

Now, for the meantime, let me get back to work and also help my cousin to look for entry level cruise ship jobs.

No, didn’t attend a wedding yet in France but it was the theme of the wedding of one of the known Chef in the city. They created a French wedding theme with all the Al Fresco set-up. Too bad, I wasn’t able to take pictures but they even had to get those best French bistro furniture which they rented from a known event stylist in the Metro. I love the look and the feel of the entire venue.  Of course the food is superb! This kind of event is worthy to attend.

In just a few days, we will be celebrating our 10th year wedding anniversary. How time flies so fast! I can barely remember all our wedding preparations, everything that happened that day. It was just like yesterday. Our wedding, just like how I prepare the wedding of my clients was a year of preparation. I painstakingly took charge of all details from canvassing and booking our vendors. One of the highlights as well is choosing our wedding rings. My husband is not so fancy about jewelry. He just wants a plain design. I have searched the internet for wedding bands for men and glad I was able to find something suitable for him.  We will be celebrating our 10th year this year to some nice island escapade and we hope we could do some renewal of vows together, even just the two of us.  And we will definitely be wearing on each other’s ring fingers again our bands.   Looking forward to our trip!

After getting the wedding invitations of a relative this morning, I got really excited about their upcoming wedding on December. It made me realize too that we are just counting the months again for a much-awaited vacation of the family. I actually sat down this morning and tried to come up with a budget plan. I ended up having a headache! Lol! I checked the theme parks which we plan to go to and I almost fainted after learning that they have increased their rates. Now, I need to present to the husband so he can take a look. We need to start saving for this trip.

that i would be one of the principal sponsors for my cousin’s upcoming wedding on January. She already contacted me this week to reconfirm the spelling of my name since she is already preparing for her wedding invitations. They said it is bad luck to turn down such request so I don’t have much choice.
