Last night, amidst the traffic, I braved myself to drive to Mall of Asia to attend a special launch of Haagen Dazs new catering packages. I have to be honest that I was so damn lazy to go. In fact, I called up my coordinator friends asking if they were also going because I don’t have plans to. But I got guilty because I already confirmed with my friend, JP, who is the organizer of the event.  I arrived an hour late since i came from a meeting in Makati that ended up at 6pm.

Good thing I really went because the food was so good, actually all the desserts! yum, yum yum. Can’t get enought of the new creations they have. I think I bloated with calories because I tasted all the offerings.  Well, I have always love Haagen Dazs and it has been my ultimate fave ice cream, (never mind the price!).

They had an ice cream bar, cocktails and smoothies and my ultimate favorite strawberry ice cream cake! Oh, too bad, I didn’t bring a camera cause it won’t fit in my chic yellow bag that I was carrying.

But guess what’s the best and greatest thing about last night? I won the grand prize through a raffle!

Ah, I’m still ecstatic!

I won a special cocktail party good for 50 pax hosted for FREE by Haagen Dazs!!!!! They would serve everything that was in the party last night! I just need to tell them when I plan to have it!

Yahoo! Yahoo!  Yahoo!

Happy! Happy! Happy!

I have ultimate reason to party!!!!

I have recent fascination with red, either with dress, shoes, bags or just about anything. I was surfing the whole afternoon, looking for a perfect dress style for an upcoming wedding we would be attending in Baguio and all the ones that caught my fancy are RED HOT dresses!

I love the ruchings of these dresses!  I think it would make me look slim! But with just a week to go, I doubt if I can still have any of this made!  

Might just wear my existing YELLOW gown!  Bwahaha, ang gulo ko!

Since I was all affected with rankings and all, I decided to just let go and let loose last weekend. I spent quality time with family, with the kids and Dicky. I had an event last saturday and so Dicky used Amanda to download some mac games from Phelios. He then showed me a great new mac game that he got. So off to my in-laws place yesterday, Dicky and I played this new game the whole afternoon while the kids are asleep. It is one of the newest rpg games available from Phelios, which can give you a step-by-step procedure to download the game and even give a tutorial about the game itself. Now, that is bonding! lol!

In one of the tags I answered, one of the questions were “what is my dream car?” I always have been wanting a big van or suv. This time, I’m ok to have a driver, lol! And I love this Durango SUV, which I saw from a website of one of the car dealerships in san diego ca.  Pretty please, I still want it in black.  I want the manly look of it, making it a king of the road.  But gosh, I’ll probably get broke for the cost of gasoline for this baby.  And what about the parts?  I hope there could be online coupons and promos like what San Diego Dodge has.  You can even order parts online using their speed shop.  Well, I’m pretty impressed with the site cause they even identified the qualified personnel which you can transact every department.  And you will be suprised to know that they have a very great service which I wish car companies here in our country has.  They offer a night drop box for off hours vehicle drop.  Very appropriate for those working individuals.  The vehicle can just be brought to San Diego Dodg.  There are envelopes outside the service department entrance door which you can put your keys and drop in the mail slot.  An information sheet should just be filled out and then park the car in a designated service drop off area.  Then they will call the client as soon as the vehicle is finished.  Client can also set appointment online and the service work order is also downloable from internet.  Now that is full service.  Now I hope I can own one someday!

Katie and Suri have been attending dance classes for weeks now. The pictures were taken coming from their class.  Both in stripes, they look cute together. Now, I’m thinking…

Margaux can attend a ballet class in her school, could I also join her? Bwahaha! Lol!

I have been a loyal Globe Handyphone user for several years now and I have not availed of any of their loyalty promos eversince until yesterday. I called up to inquire for any free phone as loyalty promo. The customer service representative I talked to on the phone said that they don’t offer it anymore instead they do provide rebates instead. So she checked on my records and told me after few seconds that I’m qualified for a rebate!

I was giddy happy to learn that I can get Php 1,386.72 as rebate each month in my billing for 24 months starting June of this year! WWWOOOWWW! That’s a lot of savings to me! Multiply, multiply that is Php 33,281.28!!! That’s even better for a free phone since the value depreciates!

I’ll recover cost of my new bag in 24 months!

Ah, such a blessing! Thank God!

I fixed my cabinets yesterday. It’s a great achievement for me. Clap, clap, clap. But more than that I then I remembered some nice gifts I got last christmas…

Oktomat Camera (Lomocamera) from Jason Magbanua. The man, by the way, recently won an award again. He’s one great person, one great friend. He influenced me to go for lomography. Apprently, I haven’t been hardcore yet with this hobby but will try to post some of the pictures I took before. With this oktomat, each picture will capture 9 figures in one shot. Isn’t it cool?

Kenneth Cole Black wallet from Madge Lejano. Love it. Love the many pockets inside to put all my cards. I just haven’t changed my wallet yet, but I do intend to do so soon. Madge is a very good make-up artist and I have high regard to her work. It’s always fun working with her team during events.

(Pardon the blur of the picture). A personalized notepad with our names (dicky and jody liwanag). This came from John and Benz Rana. It’s one of my favorites. Got the same thing before from Jong of Write Impression but it was just my name. I find this gift very useful, especially on the nature of my job. I’m just so proud carrying it around.
