I can’t wait any longer for Thanksgiving Sale  My EQ was again low today I ended up buying just two cute shirts for the girls! Yes, just two.  I made sure I controlled the quantity although I could have wanted to get new jackets as well but good thing the ones I like don’t have sizes anymore!

And oh, thanks to Jane for letting me order and add to her shopping cart so I was able to save on shipping cost!

Got the girls these cute clothes at an amazing deal…

2 long sleeves tank, 2 comfy leggings and 2 hoody dresses…all for my girls!  Very timely for the upcoming christmas season!

It has been one busy week for me.  It’s just the third working day of the week and I feel so tired already.  I have been running around with my schedules everyday trying to squeeze in all meetings.  This morning, it took a while for me before finally getting up.  Because I have been lacking sleep for a while now.  So now, I decided to just entertain myself first by browsing and doing some window online shopping!  It gives me a certain high and I am pretty sure I’ll get back to the groove later.

And what a great morning to actually stumble upon some coupons available online. I have a feeling its going to be a great day for me! Well, its definitely going to be a lot of savings for me in grabbing those. And I can’t believe that my favorite online store do have amazing deals. Guess what it is? The store which offers almost everything! Yes, I am giddy happy that there are Amazon coupons which I was able to grab. Now, I am a happy camper to do some online shopping this morning. I’m sure it’s great savings for me so I have bookmarked the site to ensure to go back often to steal some more coupons.  Now, this is what you call entertaining myself!

I have a special love for wedge shoes. That’s next to all the flats that I have. And I am drooling over this Tory Burch Julianne Wedge!

But the thing here is that I just bought an almost the same style (minus the logo on top) like this from Franco Sarto just last week. Ok, it was on sale as well…

I feel bad that I only saw this Tory Burch wedge shoes just now. And I feel bitter all the more when I found out that it is on sale! My paypal is so broke!  I cannot buy this anymore.

before my husband’s birthday and I still do not have a gift for him.  Tsk, Tsk, Tsk…bad.  I should really take time to find one soon.  I hope I can squeeze in my schedule.  I have been asking the husband what he wants but knowing him, he would not say anything or could just say the impossible one.  Here’s our conversation through text yesterday:

Me:  What do you want as a gift from me for your birthday?

Husband:  Hahaha, None na.  Ikaw lang, ok na!

Me:  (kilig!)  You already have me for your lifetime!  

Me:  (texted again) But seriously, what do you want?

Husband:  Toyota Fortuner!

Waaah!  As if I can afford to buy it on my own.  He is actually thinking to buy a new vehicle for the family so his text is his way of asking for my permission.  But I already told him not to buy yet.  I made him promise to secure first a savings for our trip to the US next year.  I don’t want it to be cancelled again for any reasons, not even budget issues.  I’m dead set to travel by May of next year as I have not been accepting events also for that month.  And I have been haggling as well for the shopping money budget.  But he said that budget for it is done already so I do not have to worry.  

Again, going back to what he wants for his birthday, he in turn replied again to me after I textd him, “not yet!”

Husband:  Ok, just get me an 4×4 RC!  

The kid in him wants to play an RC in our lawn area.  He is actually been looking for one really.  So I hope I could get him one before saturday.  For the meantime, I have been browsing since this morning the site of www.bestoftime.com.  I am also considering getting him another watch.  This time a Rolex.  They do offer huge discounts currently from the manufacturer’s suggested retail price because they are an independent dealer of these watches.  Considering to take this or wait till our HK trip!  Hmm…

They said getting a rolex would mean getting the Best of Time – Where Time Lasts Forever. I agree. This could be in one of my “to own” items. A stainless steel diamond white gold with mother of pearl by Rolex. And I saw that it was on almost a thousand dollar less from Best of Time website if you enter a promotional code. And since they are an independent dealer, they can then avoid manufacturer’s pricing controls does offering huge discounts. Well, they said that owning a rolex watch is an investment which you can collect, wear and display. Its like owning designer bags, lol! Rolex timepieces are masterly made of finest materials and can be worn best for all kinds of occasion whether casual or formal wear.  Need to save some more to finally get one of my own!  I hope the time would come.  I just don’t know when, lol!

We are really getting excited about the construction of the dream house and now even excited to check out items to furnish it. Even the in-laws based abroad are happy for us. In fact, they do understand our reason for not being able to visit them this holiday season. They were very supportive of our decision. They were offering to get us some nice pieces of decorations for the house. I’m also starting to buy some items online like new casseroles, new coffeemaker, new kitchen knives, new juicer and a very nice fruits and vegatables chopper. And with the black friday sale coming up, I’m sure I’ll go crazy again with all the items I have been watching to go on sale. Now my concern is to just get an international shipping quote to box all this items and be sent to me. My inlaws have been relying to International Movers whenever they need to send something for us because of their very competitive rates and reliable service. So I guess, will just use their service as well.

It is just 56 days to go before Christmas and my oh my, I haven’t started anything yet with christmas shopping. Call me an ultimate procastinor, that is. Well I have few suggestions for christmas gifts on this blog but would you believe that I haven’t even updated my list from last year? You see I always a keep a list of people to give to during christmas. And i do  notice that my list gets longer every year. And since times are hard, need to work out a plan on how to get best deals in shopping. For this year, I have been thinking to purchase most of my gifts online during the black friday 2008. I have been saving a lot of online money to be able to go crazy with this sale happening the day after Thanksgiving.  And what’s good about online shopping is that I do not even have to fall in line as early as 5am in stores.  I’ll be a happy camper doing it in the comfort of my home. I can’t wait for it to happen as I am very sure that I would drool over the ToysRUs discounts that would be available. Gee, I even added about 3 goddaughters/sons for this year so it would be perfect.  I still have not decided what to get for the kids though.   I still want to get new cartdriges for Margaux’s L-Max cause she pretty memorized already the answers to the Dora the Explorer cartdrige.  And when I checked the Black Friday site, I got excited for all great items I can buy not only for the kids but for my friends and family as well.  Now, let me get started in working on my list!  Though, I might end up working on my own wish list instead!  lol!

What do you think of the above eyeglasses?  I have been thinking to change my Liz Clairborne eyeglasses because Bianca played with it and it has a deformed frame already.  Then I saw Zenni Optical was on FOX news! I checked their website and found Incredible Stylish New Frames From Zenni that are available online. I was suprised to learn that they even have Zenni Optical $ 8 Rx Eyeglasses. Such a great find.  I found some women stylish glasses and I fell in love with the above one.  I don’t care if it is too girly.  I love the combination of pink and plum color here with small floral designs.

I woke up early today to fix my cabinet. It has been long overdue for a OVERHAUL. I mean, there’s a lot of things I already need to dispose. I have been thinking to put up a garage sale already since not only my stuff I need to let go but also those from the kids and the husband. I feel clutter all over the place. My husband suggested that I post all things I want to dispose online and make an online garage sale. It makes sense. I can make a business out of it. I need something like Concentric Business Solutions which provides wide range of hosting and registration service for small business websites. I could even ask my friends and relatives to also post their “for disposal” items already and still try to make money out of it. In this trying times, we need to find solutions to augment our needs. What could be a good name for this online garage sale? I can inquire from Concentric Business Solutions about domain name registration, and email hosting so I can easily answer all queries online. They also of course have web hosting, and freebies like spam filters and virus protection.  Hmm, I hope I can find time to work on this.  It could be an interesting business with no “capital” needed.

The balikbayan box in my friend’s MIL is almost full already. I can’t wait to get hold of all the items I purchased online. I got bags (wink, wink) but no LV there. Toys for the kids, all kinds of Leapfrog products plus cartridges as well as new clothes and accessories for the two girls. I also got an airclimber! That’s my gift for Dicky so he can also exercise while at home. With the huge loot I have, my friend says that I can still purchase some more to maximize shipping cost, since I still have about 1/4 space available in the box. So I’m busy today to check out what else can I purchase online. I’m now even considering even those bath shower gels, body care, facial care and make-ups. I even come across some best acne treatment available online! I have a deadline this month to seal the box so they can ship it to me already as my friend’s MIL is moving to a different state.
