Winter season is just around the corner. Lucky that we were able to experience one last year when we went for a family vacation. And it was indeed a very memorable experience to be able to have some snow fun play. The kids enjoyed so much when we went to some ski resorts wearing their bubble jackets. Of course, I also made it a point to be in complete gear. Good thing, I was able to snag some items from a mall sale and was able to check out the north face jackets for women. This year is another story, as much as we want to experience again winter and travel to US yearly, we cannot this year because it will be hard to travel with an infant in tow. Hopefully, we can do it again next time.

* Valid for sales at any PAL ticket office, except U.S.A, Canada, and Korea.
* GMG (Great Miles Getaway) Award Tickets must have a confirmed booking on all sectors.
* Must be ticketed within 24 hours except on the last day of the promo which must be ticketed until the last business hour only.
* GMG Award Tickets shall be valid only on flights/dates specified.
* Domestic GMG Award Tickets: Rebooking allowed for a fee of PHP 600 per sector.
* International GMG Award Tickets: Rebooking allowed for a fee of USD 30.00 per sector
* Non-Users Fee : USD 75.00 (International), PHP 600.00 (Domestic). Applies if booking is not cancelled 24-Hours prior to the flight date. ‘
* Reissuance/rerouting is not allowed.
* Applicable taxes, fuel surcharges and miscellaneous fees shall apply.
* Limited seats only. Confirmation subject to seat availability in the assigned booking class.
Miles used are non-refundable. Taxes for totally unused ticket/s is allowed for refund request received on or before 15 October 2012. Refunds are subject to refund procedures and refund service fee: PHP 600.00 (Domestic) and USD 50.00 (International).

Had the chance to stay right here…
It’s the beautiful Marina Bay Sands in Singapore during our trip last week. I made the right choice to stay on this hotel with my family. It was a different experience to actually swim right on top of the building, at the 57th floor. Our room was very nice and spacious too. It was like 35 square meters in size. It’s bigger than the usual hotel room size. It has a nice flat TV screen on a sturdy tv mounts. It has a modern bathroom too which is actually very important for me. We got a twin bed instead of king size bed. It has a veranda as well overlooking the harbour area. Here are more pictures of the room:

Lovely isn’t? I am already contemplating on how best to celebrate it. Either we go for a small party with family and friends or we travel in some romantic place. I am actually in favor of the vacation instead. I have a number of places in mind already but I have yet to seek approval of the husband. Topping my list is of course a Europe Trip. I would love to go to 4 key cities only. 2nd on my list is a romantic place like a beach island. Hawaii, Caribbean, Bahamas or Maldives. One friend of mine recommended Malibu in California. I never thought it could be a good one. I know the place to be popular as 
But nevertheless, we will consider it as well. Choosing a vacation place won’t be a problem as long as the husband approves my proposed budget
